The Walls Come Tumbling Down

One unique characteristic of being human is that we think, learn and process our lives in narrative or “story.” Hearing and telling the stories of the turning points of our lives can help us recognize what is similar and what is unique about us and each other and can serve to tear down walls and build bridges to the people around us.

This is a series of fun, explorative, non-threatening activities that lead you to a “bridge building” story of your own. Once learned, this Story Model has effective applications for meaningful communication in families, communities, schools, organizations, businesses and beyond.

It has been successfully used in classrooms, staff trainings, marketing, and professional development workshops for 15 years.
